Terms of Service
Effective date: 11 October 2026
Who we are
VCode is run by a sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as VCode ("we", "us"). These terms cover fezu.dev and app.fezu.dev (and their former addresses v-code.dev and app.v-code.dev, which still work), the VCode software you install on your computers, and the VCode service that connects them to your phone. You can reach us at support@fezu.dev.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
For questions about VCode itself, email support@fezu.dev.
Your account
You need an account to use VCode. Keep access to your email address safe: anyone who can read it can log in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account and on the computers you link to it.
What VCode does
VCode lets you drive coding agents, such as Claude Code and Codex, that run on your own computers. The agents run as your user, with your permissions, under their own providers' terms. VCode does not control what an agent does on your computer. Review what your agents do, and keep backups.
Trial
A new account gets 30 days of Pro for free. No card needed. When the trial ends, VCode stops connecting your phone to your computers until you have a valid plan. Your computers and settings stay as they are.
Pro
Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown on our pricing page when you buy. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us. After you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
We may change the price of Pro. We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a single payment for Pro for as long as VCode runs. If we ever shut VCode down, we will give at least 90 days' notice.
Refunds
Our refund policy is part of these terms.
Fair use
VCode carries traffic between your phone and your computers through our relay. Use it for your own work. Do not use it to host public services, to send traffic for other people, to break the law, or to attack or overload VCode or anyone else. We may limit or suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.
Our software
We license the VCode software to you to use with your account. Do not resell it or the service, or remove our notices. Your code, files and agent sessions stay on your computers and remain yours.
Warranty and liability
We provide VCode as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or the price you paid for Lifetime if that is more. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending your use
You can stop using VCode and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and email you about any change that matters to a paid plan.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live.
